I’m Kim. I’m a Teacher Trainer for the willPower Method and teach willPower & grace® in San Francisco. I’ve seen that when people make a conscious effort to train their feet, good things happen. It’s been true for me, too. Your goal might be to start barefoot running, or to just get through the day without foot pain. If your feet are on your mind, get in touch.
Keep an eye on my blog for my teaching schedule, join my mailing list, or book me and host a workshop at your facility.
Sometimes I like to run barefoot. Actually, barefoot training came first for me — mostly through dance and yoga, and then with the willPower Method. I started barefoot running in 2010. I never liked running until then. I’ve found that, for me, running without shoes is way more fun and playful than running with shoes. But I do both, depending on how I feel. The fun thing is that running without shoes inspires me to do yoga along the way, and maybe throw in some cartwheels, too. Who says a run can’t include yoga or cartwheels? My run, my rules. My goal is to enjoy it.
Welcome.
Sometimes a barefoot run includes sun salutations.
