I offer private coaching.  Strong, flexible, conditioned feet are the foundation for healthy movement.  Think about it:  your feet carry you around all day!  But how well do you take care of them?

If you’re thinking of trying minimalist running — barefoot, or in a  minimal shoe –  training your feet can reduce the risk of injury.  Shoes are like corsets:  they support your body and restrict movement.  As a result, muscles atrophy from disuse and range of motion diminishes.  So train your feet before you start running on them, ok?

Be a good partner to your feet (they deserve it!).  Get them out of their corsets and  train them so that your body is strong and flexible from head to toe.
